Brenda Stace-Smith

I was born in Prince Rupert and raised in Prince Rupert and Port Edward during my school years and in 1980 I went off to Vancouver College for Cosmetology and after 6 years in the field, I opened my own hairdressing business in our home while raising our sons for more than 30 years. Now that my sons are all grown up and moved on, I needed to get myself back into the field that I love, which is working with people but with a different approach. I have always shown an interest in remodeling, home staging, and general contracting, which brought me to build our home and others. I have some experience with these areas and would love to learn more. This year I will be celebrating my 34th wedding Anniversary with my husband Carl which we were blessed to have two sons and two daughters-in-law and a grand puppy Fergie. Both of our sons work and reside in Prince Rupert which makes us happy. My pleasures in life are going to our cabin at Lakelse Lake and spending time with our family and friends, entertaining in our home has always been fun, as we have had many gatherings in our home and at the cabin. My volunteer work in our community over the years has been with the Cancer Talent Auction for 30 years, Minor Hockey, and Prince Rupert Rampage. I am now at a time of my life which brings me to do Real Estate and work for Remax Coast Mountains in the Prince Rupert Office, which I have always had a passion for. I love to do things to please people and if it takes me showing a home or listing a home for you, I'd be honored to do the best that I can to meet your needs. Honesty is my motive! I am a very committed you won't be disappointed.

Sarah Barnhardt

I was born in Kimberley and raised in Cranbrook, I left the Kootenays in my early 20s to explore the world. I ended up on Haida Gwaii, and from the first moment I stepped foot on these magical islands I knew they would be home one day. A job at a local fishing lodge made that dream a reality. Haida Gwaii has been my home now for 16 years, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. I live in beautiful Tlell with my husband, our two boys, and our many pets. I truly look forward to serving the communities of Haida Gwaii as your trusted realtor. My background is in hospitality, with many years of experience helping customers and clients, and making sure their visits to Haida Gwaii are as special and memorable as possible. I have many interests, including just about everything outside; hiking, kayaking, fishing, camping, softball, golf and gardening, and I am an artist. I’m just out here living the island life and excited to help you make your dreams also come true!
